Wow! Do you ever stop! Looks like a lot of fun. That is awesome that you did a triathlon! I am training for a marathon and I'm scared to death. A triathlon would actually scare me more because I have always been a runner but biking and swimming are totally different muscles and that is not my thing. You go! You must be ripped!
